1. General informations

We are a manufacturer and supplier of branded beach tennis sporting goods.

We distribute our products primarily through our resellers and sales teams; Our products are available in the online shop (www.visionbeachtennis.it).

When purchasing our products, be sure to observe the instructions supplied with each product and the additional information published on the website (especially regarding material properties, selection and use of the product), as well as the information contained in the accompanying user manual to the product.

  1. Warranty period

Our liability is limited exclusively to the obligations described here, provided that this does not conflict with statutory provisions.

The statutory warranty only applies to defects that occurred within the warranty period. This period is 90 days for movable goods and begins with the delivery of the goods.

  1. Warranty Exclusions

The guarantee does not include:

  1. defects resulting from normal wear and tear of the product
  2. deliberately caused defects
  3. defects caused by improper transport or storage by the customer or the logistics company
  4. defects or damage caused by improper or incorrect use or improper/insufficient maintenance and care of the product
  5. defects caused by non-compliance with the user manual
  6. defects caused by incorrect assembly or adjustment
  7. defects resulting from modifications made to the product by the buyer
  8. defects caused by sharp objects, torsional stress, compression, falling, abnormal pressure or other influences

The warranty is void if:

  1. the product has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Vision or Vision resellers
  2. the product has been repaired using unauthorized replacement parts
  1. Warranty Claims

For all warranty claims, as soon as the defect is discovered, contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product and bring the defective product to there, as well as the original purchase receipt. In case of purchase of the product on our Vision online shop (www.visionbeachtennis.it), contact our customer service team via e-mail. If your reseller is no longer available, please contact our customer service team. Please note that the customer service team is only responsible for inquiries relating to our online shop (www.visionbeachtennis.it). In all other cases, contact your dealer.

The original purchase receipt must contain the date of purchase, the name and address of the retailer and the full name of the product. Vision or the dealer reserve the right to refuse warranty claims if the original sales receipt is not provided or if it is incomplete or illegible.

If a warranty claim is accepted, Vision or the distributor will repair or replace the product free of charge. Vision or the distributor is authorized to decide how to process the warranty claim.

Vision reserves the right to replace the product in the warranty claim with a similar one of comparable value, if the product is no longer available or the repair of the product would incur unreasonable costs.

  1. Disclaimer

Unless obligated by mandatory statutory provisions to pay compensation, we shall not be liable for damages or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, whether such a claim is based on the purchase contract, a statutory warranty claim or negligence, or if the claim is for damage to property, other than to the product itself, loss in connection with the use of the product or other property, or loss of profit.

To the extent permitted, this warranty may not be transferred or assigned.
