Information about shipping
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. As each order is unique, shipping costs vary depending on the destination.

Shipments are free in Italy with orders over €300

For orders under €300 the costs are as follows:

Standard delivery in Sardinia / Sicily	3-5 business days	7 €
Standard delivery in Europe	7-14 business days	10 €
Standard delivery in Extra UE	14-30 business days	20 €

Parcels are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking.

Any import and export costs, as well as any duties and commissions for countries outside Europe, are charged to the customer.

We advise you to group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them.

Please note that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on the time at the time of dispatch. Vision cannot accept responsibility for delays in customs clearance or failed payment failure, but we will try to minimize any delays.
